Urgent hiring ! -Purchasing & Visual Merchandiser - Salary $ 400-$ 500 - Location, Phnom Penh HOW TO APPLY: Telegram: 093617xxxClick To Call - Position Summary The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and purchasing all dolls, blind boxes, merchandise, and prize items for Waowao Claw Machines and Gameland prize shops. This role ensures stock availability, follows product trends, maintains strong supplier relationships, and supports company promotions and seasonal campaigns. - Key Responsibilities 1. Product Sourcing & Purchasing Purchase dolls, plush toys, blind boxes, and themed goods for all claw machines. Buy items for the prize shop using platforms such as Taobao, Lazada, Shopee, and local suppliers. Source all materials, tools, or equipment required by the company. Ensure all purchased items meet the company’s quality and safety standards. Follow purchasing procedures, including quotations, approvals, and documentation. 2. Trend & Season Monitoring Follow toy trends, popular characters, seasonal items (New Year, Christmas, Pchum Ben, Valentine’s, etc.). Analyze customer preferences to select attractive items for machines and prize shop. Work closely with Marketing to match promotions with trending products. 3. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment for all branches. Work with store teams to understand fast-moving and slow-moving items. Keep accurate records of purchases, delivery dates, and quantities. 4. Supplier Relationship & Negotiation Maintain strong communication with Chinese and local suppliers. Negotiate prices to achieve cost savings without affecting quality. Handle shipments, tracking, customs or delivery issues when ordering from China. 5. Budgeting & Reporting Follow the purchasing budget and avoid unnecessary overspending. Submit weekly or monthly purchasing reports to management. Evaluate profit margin of purchased items for prize shop and claw machines. 6. Coordination Work with technicians and store teams to match doll sizes to machine requirements. Coordinate with the finance team for payments and invoice handling. Support new project openings with required stock and equipment. *Requirements 1. Experience in purchasing, procurement, or retail buying preferred. 2. Strong knowledge of Taobao, Alibaba, Lazada, Shopee. 3. Able to track trends in toys, anime, games, and collectible items. 4. Good negotiation and communication skills. 5. Basic reporting and Excel knowledge. 6. Organized, responsible, and proactive with fast decision-making.
