We are looking for an experienced and reliable Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Cambodia. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, efficient staff management, and strong financial performance. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Operations • Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security) • Ensure hotel standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently met • Handle guest complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies Staff Management • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff • Enforce discipline, company rules, and professional behavior • Motivate the team and maintain a positive working environment • Evaluate staff performance and manage warnings or dismissals when necessary ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience as Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Good understanding of hotel operations and OTA platforms • Ability to manage staff firmly but fairly • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Fluent in English (Khmer or French is a plus) • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies ⸻ Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in Cambodia or Southeast Asia • Knowledge of local labor rules and hospitality practices • Basic accounting and reporting skills
