Relationship Manager is an individual contributor who will focus on Affluent to High-net-worth bank customers. Scope of RM will be serving and maintaining customer relationships to support Banca business objectives. Position Responsibilities: - Consolidate daily tracking report of the sales team - Deliver sales target as assigned by the line manager - Providing life insurance solutions to Bank’s clients - Work closely with Bank Relationship Manager and provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term financial needs - Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals - Perform other tasks as required. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field - 2 – 4 years’ sales/ customer relation experiences in banking/financial industry - Good English and Khmer languages - Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet & Email-Outlook). - Good personality, commitment, self-driven and self-motivation. - Be able to do public speaking/presentation - Strong Relationship Management capabilities with sound sales and negotiation skills.
