Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: •Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technicians and other staff involved in repair and maintenance tasks. •Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment reliability. •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on factory machinery. •Perform or oversee the repair and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery. •Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. •Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. •Manage spare parts inventory and apply for procurement to ensure availability for repairs. •Train and guide maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures. •Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions. •Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Requirement: •Proven experience in repair and maintenance in a manufacturing or factory environment. •Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. •Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. •Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. •Good organizational and planning abilities. •Strong communication and team management skills. •Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications (e.g., diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) are advantageous
