Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth workflow, -Excellent customer service, consistent product quality, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. - The Restaurant Manager oversees staff performance, store operations, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. - This role includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising crew person and store staff, monitoring attendance, grooming, and service standards, and providing coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary. - The Restaurant Manager ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, handling customer complaints professionally, building strong relationships with regular customers, and maintaining store cleanliness, ambiance, and visual presentation at all times. - The role is also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, controlling stock usage and wastage, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functional. -The Restaurant Manager manages daily sales operations, achieves sales targets, controls operational costs, prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and ensures accurate cash handling, POS reconciliation, and banking procedures. - In addition, the Restaurant Manager ensures consistent quality of Food and beverages by enforcing standard recipes, portion control, product presentation, and brand standards. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in café, coffee shop, or restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, good knowledge of coffee and barista operations, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
