Focus on quality standards led the Organization to become the first uniformed security company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management in Cambodia. + Key Responsibilities - Supporting the costumer’s service and care. - Working with operations team to support clients and client’s needed. - Working on sale documents, Close sale, termination, Contract, extra guard memo. - Monthly Reporting on sale Performance report, Project list report, summary contract head count report. - Updating on Client’s master list. - Building relationship with clients. - Team Daily briefing and reporting. - Client’s Evolution form. - Customer satisfaction survey. + Requirement - Bachelor degree in sale/marketing or related field. - At least 1 year work experience. - Preferable with experience in selling, promotion and marketing of security service are priority. - Good command in English and high commitment to work as team. - Good communication and computer skill (Microsoft office).
