Sale and Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the handling of client inquiries via phone, email, online channels, or in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses. - Maintain existing clients and acquire new clients - Supervise the resolution of client complaints and complex queries by coordinating with relevant departments in a timely manner. - Provide guidance and technical assistance to clients regarding products and services. - Escalate critical issues to MD when necessary and ensure effective and prompt resolution. - Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups on ongoing matters. - Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and proper documentation of all processes. - Identify potential client service concerns and implement proactive measures to address them. - Stay informed about new products, services, and emerging trends in client services to keep the team up to date. - Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to products and services to enhance client satisfaction. - Lead, train, and mentor the client services team to maintain high performance and service standards. - Prepare regular reports on client service metrics for MD review. - Perform other duties as assigned by the MD. Qualifications & Skills •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. •Proven experience in client services, customer relationship management, and sales leadership roles in the specific industry (Advertising, construction, or decoration) •Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. •Ability to lead teams, grow sales revenues, resolve conflict, and drive customer-centric results. Ability to manage the CRM tools is a plus. •Knowledge of sales strategies and sales Management, consultative sales, client retention techniques, and customer service best practices. •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. •Must be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business operations. • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
