Roles and responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of POS Hardware and Solutions F&B Business, Retail shop and Hospitality to achieve long-term success • Develop positive relationships with clients • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase • Report on the status of accounts and transactions • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth • Participate in Exhibition/Seminars to promote products Qualifications and skills required • University student or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields. • Good command of English language. • Experience of Hospitality Technology Solutions • Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things. • Ability to work under pressure. • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills. • Strong commitment and • Computer literacy: Microsoft office, internet and email Working condition: • Software and Solution Training • Working Hour : Monday – Saturday ( Saturday haft day only ) • Public Holiday • Salary + Gasoline + Phone Card + Sales Incentive
