We are recruiting a Sales Operation Officer to join our dynamic professional team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare sale strategy to approach new customers • Report sale activities to supervisor • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Resolve customers complains and raise the issue of customers to the sale management • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams REQUIREMENTS • Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude • The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills & attitude required to perform the position • At least Bachelor’s Degree in business management and/or Sales and Marketing fields related • At least 2-3 years experiences in sales field • Good motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance. • Relevant industry experience ideally from health sector. • Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed. • Problem Solving/Analysis. • Project Management. • Strong Selling Skills and Techniques • Honest and High Commitment • Working Relationships BENEFITS: • Competitive salary • Discretionary performance bonus program • Medical insurance coverage • Unlimited time off and paid holidays • Commuter benefits
