Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new customers (wholesalers, wet markets, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, retailers). • Promote food products and achieve assigned sales targets • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote farm products. • Promote vegetables through online channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, marketplace platforms). • Support branding activities (packaging, labels, farm story, certifications). • Organize farm promotions, sampling, and trade market visits. • Create basic marketing content (product photos, posts, promotions). • Assist in pricing strategy and seasonal campaigns. • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales service. • Collect market insights and customer preferences. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (FMCG, agriculture, or fresh produce preferred). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of vegetables market and supply chain is an advantage. • Ability to work in the field and visit customers. • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, social media).
