๐ JOB DESCRIPTION โ SALES EXECUTIVE (FMCG) Position: Sales Executive / Field Sales Department: Sales Location: Phnom Penh / Provincial areas Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager ________________________________________ ๐ฏ Position Purpose Responsible for developing and managing retail points (traditional trade, grocery stores, mini-marts, cafรฉs) to distribute FMCG products including: โข Soybean oil โข Coffee 3in1 โข Laundry detergent โข Liquid detergent โข Dishwashing liquid โข Soy sauce The role focuses on expanding distribution, increasing product visibility, and driving sell-out at retail points. ________________________________________ ๐งฉ Key Responsibilities 1. Visit retail stores daily according to assigned routes. 2. Identify and open new retail accounts. 3. Present products, pricing, and promotions to store owners. 4. Place and follow up orders; ensure timely delivery and payment. 5. Install and maintain in-store materials (POSM) to enhance visibility. 6. Monitor sales performance and encourage reorder. 7. Collect market feedback and competitor information. 8. Submit daily activity and sales reports. ________________________________________ ๐ Expected Performance Indicators (Guideline) (Reference expectations โ not rigid quotas) โข ~20 store visits per day โข ~4 new stores opened per day โข POSM installed in ~3 stores per day โข Active reorder maintained โข Minimum product assortment per store ________________________________________ ๐ค Requirements โข Female candidates are strongly preferred โข Age 20โ35 โข Own motorbike and smartphone โข At least 1 year experience in FMCG / retail field sales โข Familiar with grocery stores, traditional trade, or convenience store channels โข Good communication and negotiation skills โข Honest, disciplined, proactive ________________________________________ ๐ฐ Compensation & Benefits โข Base salary: 250 โ 300 USD / month (depending on experience) โข Sales bonus & commission based on performance โข Transport & phone support (if applicable) โข Training & career development opportunities ________________________________________ โฐ Working Time โข Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM โ 5:30 PM (flexible for field work) โข Sunday off โข Field-based role ________________________________________ ๐ฉ Application Please send your CV or personal details to: Email: tha******@gmail.comClick To Sent Email Telegram: 0312044xxxClick To Call
