Job Responsibilities: 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase room and event sales. 2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. 3. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients. 4. Negotiate contracts and rates to meet sales targets and maximize revenue. 5. Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences. 6. Conduct sales visits, site inspections, and client meetings. 7. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the hotel or apartment industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales technologies. - Good problem solving and negotiation skills. - High sense of responsibility, honesty, and a proactive working attitude.
