Job Title: Sales Executive – Garment Accessories Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Experience Level: 2–5 Years in Garment Accessory Sales Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence within the garment manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales with garment factories. We need to sell CAD Plotter Paper, Pattern Paper, Underlayer Paper and packing Paper using in garment factory and as well as worker Uniform. Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Identify and approach new garment manufacturing • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with Merchandisers, Sourcing Managers, and Production Heads. • Product Presentation: Conduct professional product demonstrations and present technical specifications of our accessories. • Sampling & Approval: Coordinate the sampling process, ensuring all accessories meet the buyer’s quality standards and timelines. • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field visits and follow-ups. Required Qualifications & Skills • Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of active sales experience specifically within the Garment Accessories or Trim industry. • Network: An existing portfolio of contacts within local garment factories is highly preferred. • Communication: Fluent in Chinese and English; ability to negotiate effectively with decision-makers. • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of garment construction, material durability and Paper specification. • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to factory sites and industrial zones.
