Key Responsibilities 1. Support Sales Manager any requirement such as visit customer, prepare quotation or prepare agreement. 2. Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency. 3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. 4. Establishing rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. 5. Presenting and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients. 6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. 8. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on product features, pricing, and terms. 9. Collaborating with the sales team to exchange information and enhance overall sales performance. 10.Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining records. 11.Work with Sales Manager to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous. 2. Proven experience in sales and customer service. 3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. 4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. Strong management and leadership skills. 7. Effective communication skills. 8. Exceptional customer service skills. 9. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer and employee situations
