We are currently seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our growing team. Open Positions • Medical Representatives (Phnom Penh): 2 Positions • Medical Representatives – Van Sales (Provinces): 2 Positions Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products specifically to Pediatric and Maternity Clinics. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. • Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. Requirements • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative. • Specific experience or existing networks within Pediatric and Maternity sectors is highly preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and travel (for provincial roles). Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly professional working environment and a competitive rewards package: • Salary: Competitive, starting from $350+ (negotiable based on experience). • Monthly Incentives: Performance-based bonuses up to $200 per month. • Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) • Annual Leave: 15 days of Annual Leave plus 3 days of Special Leave. • Public Holidays: Observed according to the Prakas from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
