Security Supervisor / Manager - URGENT Siem Reap

Key Responsibilities: Security Operations: • Oversee daily security operations across all company premises. • Supervise, train, and schedule security personnel (guards, CCTV operators, etc.). • Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures. • Manage access control systems, visitor control, guard posts, and patrolling activities. Risk Management & Compliance: • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits. • Identify potential threats and implement preventive measures. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and safety standards. • Monitor and maintain all security systems, including CCTV, alarms, fire systems, and emergency equipment. Incident & Emergency Response: • Lead investigations into security incidents, accidents, theft, or property damage. • Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and lead emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation plans. People Management: • Train, evaluate, and discipline security staff. • Provide continuous coaching and skill development to the security team. • Ensure staff follow company code of conduct and professional behavior. Coordination & Communication: • Work closely with HR, Administration, Operations, and external law-enforcement agencies. • Serve as the main contact person for security matters inside and outside the company. • Prepare periodic security reports for management review. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or military background. • Experience managing a team is required. • Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). • Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions. • Good leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. • Strong discipline, integrity, and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights when required.
