1. Team Supervision - Supervise and lead the security team to ensure all assigned duties are performed effectively. - Schedule shifts and manage daily attendance of security guards. - Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the team. 2. Safety & Security Operations - Monitor and ensure the safety of employees, residents, visitors, and company property. - Conduct regular patrols around the premises to identify security risks or unusual activities. - Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring. 3. Incident Management - Respond immediately to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents. - Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports when issues occur. - Coordinate with management, authorities, and emergency services when required. 4. Compliance & Standards - Ensure security operations comply with company policies and legal requirements. - Maintain proper documentation such as daily occurrence logbooks, incident reports, and shift handover notes. - Conduct regular checks on security equipment and report any malfunction. 5. Customer Service - Assist residents, visitors, or staff professionally with any inquiries or concerns. - Maintain a polite and helpful attitude while enforcing security rules.
