We develop an innovative Mobility Cloud Connecting System (MCCS) that provides vehicle financing solutions, especially for customers who may not qualify through traditional credit systems. Our mission is to create financial opportunities and improve mobility access through technology-driven solutions. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Collection & Assessment to lead and supervise the collection team while ensuring effective recovery of overdue accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, field experience, and the ability to manage both team performance and customer assessment professionally. Position Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of collectors, including physical document verification and customer site visits • Ensure team members meet collection targets and comply with company standards and regulations • Review delinquent accounts and determine appropriate collection strategies • Organize workload based on level and amount of delinquency and assign cases accordingly • Monitor and evaluate collection performance and prepare progress reports (Excel tracking) • Approve settlement and payment arrangements within authorized limits • Handle escalated or difficult collection cases • Prepare or approve collection letters and official communication • Recommend or refer accounts for repossession or legal action when necessary • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance • Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in collection, credit control, or related field • Leadership or team supervision experience preferred • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) • Responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure • Willing to conduct field visits when required Compensation & Benefits: • Basic salary: USD 400 – 600 (based on experience and qualification) • Overall incentive scheme applicable after successful completion of probation • Annual bonus based on company performance and target achievement • NSSF and Insurance coverage • Annual leave, public holidays, seniority payment, and all statutory benefits in compliance with Cambodian Labor Law • Internal and external training opportunities • Monthly team gatherings and company trips • Monday – Friday working schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) • Supportive and professional working environment • Career growth opportunities within a growing Japanese mobility-fintech company Why Join GLOBAL MOBILITY SERVICE?
