Senior of Finance and Accountant at Skincare Company

Key Responsibilities: -Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards. -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support business growth and expansion. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management. - Ensure compliance with local tax laws, payroll taxes, and regulatory requirements, including timely filing of tax returns. - Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. - Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies. - Provide financial reports and analysis to assist strategic planning and investment decisions. -Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to align financial goals with business objectives. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA certification preferred. - Minimum 3–4 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in skincare, or cosmetics industry. - Strong knowledge of local tax regulations, payroll compliance, and accounting standards. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or local ERP systems). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Fluent in Khmer; basic English is an advantage. - Experience working with lifestyle or beauty brands is a plus
