JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the assigned area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits - Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to potential customers - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the system - Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required - Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and market trends. REQUIREMENT : - Bachelor's degree’s in sales & marketing or related field - Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Good command of English (both written and spoken) - Knowledge of the local Phnom Penh market is a plus - Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage - Honest, Smart, and hard-working
