Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocooning Spas (www.bodia-spa.com) in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh proposing an authentic vision of relaxation in a modernly designed Cambodian Spa. In order to guaranty the quality of its treatment Bodia has created its own line of natural products made in Cambodia that promotes the local know-hows and uses local resources under the brand Bodia Cambodian Apothecary (www.bodia.com). Recognized for its success in striving to propose best quality in service and products, Bodia is nowadays a network of 5 Spas in Cambodia dispensing unique treatments and proposing therapist training to other Spa or hotels and extending its service to franchise opening. Products are made in our own workshop in Phnom Penh and sold in Spas, dedicated boutiques, a network of local customers, 1 online store. Particularly sensitive to social progress to be made in professional environment of Cambodia, Bodia team members and management take to heart to develop a long-term activity in the respect of collaborator’s dignity and therefore gets concerned by every social implication of its partners and collaborators by applying fair trade’s principle on a daily basis and working towards ecological constant progress. Scope of work: Spa Sales Executive as a very operational rule in the prospection of new customers and in strengthening the commercial relationship with existing ones. His/ her main assignment consists in implementing the global commercial strategy from Sales Manager regarding the global development strategy indicated by top management for both Spa activities and products. DUTIES Operational responsibilities: Senior Sales is in charge of Bodia commercial prospection by proposing Bodia products or Bodia Spa services including the sales of Spa Training to potential customers. 1/ Sales prospection - Establish a detailed list of potential customers to visit and follow up in Phnom Penh and manage database including all potential business partners (travel agencies, hotels, airlines companies, chamber of commerce, local and internationals companies such as Bank, Insurance…) - Lead active prospection campaign (plan visits on phone and perform the commercial presentation). - Networking: Constantly update personal local network by attending events and meeting relevant industry people of all communities across the country. - Develop sales managing new potential sales prescribers (Individual tour guides/tour leader, hotel receptionists, resellers…) creating specific guidelines with commissions under sales manager. 2/ Customer relationship - Support Sales Department in visiting monthly Existing Travel agency, Hotels and Partners in Phnom Penh answering all issues and enquiries under Sales manager - VIP and Business management: In charge of organizing Spa inspection with Travel Agencies and /or investors (with BDM support) on site when required. 3/ Sales operations - Edit the customer’s agreement under supervision of Spa Sales Manager. - Launch of Operation * Welcome valuable customers’ representatives and clients at Spa. * Coordinate the new customer’s staff training and “Bodia” education in cooperation with Marketing & Communication Supervisor or Spa Operation Manager. * Responsible for providing formal and informal guidance and recommendations to the sellers/receptionist teams regarding cultural awareness related to your markets and selling techniques * Increase the average sales per pax for customers training teams of sellers * Organize local events at Bodia Spa / Bodia boutique in order to perform communication operation, best customers greetings, products testing… JOB REQUIREMENTS: The qualified candidate will have the following experience; - Fluent in English: speaking and writing. - Bachelor degree in sales & marketing. - Excellent Microsoft Office Knowledge - At least 3 years of experience in related field of work. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to take initiative - Driving best practice and culture of continuous service delivery improvement within the company - Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills - Tenacity, creativity, resilience, organized and self-efficient BENEFIT PACKAGE: - Competitive salary based on experience - Bonus : based on objectives - Yearly Salary Revising on evaluation - Insurance - Annual Leave, Public Holiday, Day Off, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave compliance per Cambodian labor law
