Training & Development Staff (HR)

 Understand the procedure of Training and implementing follow the procedure  To update the procedure and forms that fit with real practical and requirement of standard  Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) to all departments and develop the training curriculum  Develop the training manual and tools  Facilitate with all departments to conduct quality training courses to all employees  Do training evaluation and produce timely report  Entry and manage all training data for measuring in every semester KPI review  Support HR & Admin Manager to develop and design some documents and tools  Support HR & Admin Manager to develop the proposal for requesting funds from development agencies and government for running the child care centre and community kindergarten and other capacity building program.  Perform other task assigned by the management Requirements:  Bachelor's degree of Khmer or English Literature, Pedagogy, Management or other related majors  At least 1 years experiences in related field  Strong facilitation and organization skill  Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities  Excellence leadership, communication & management skills  Good written and spoken English  Good at Microsoft office, Internet and email Benefits • Work in a true and friendly environment • Competitive wages and complete bonus policy • Be part of a dynamic & growing team • 03 meals food and accommodation • KPI bonus
