Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us as Waiter/Waitress. As part of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and escort them to their tables. • Present menus and provide clear, accurate information about our dishes. • Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen team. • Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards. • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly. Qualifications: • Experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and dedication to high-quality service. • Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an advantage. Working Conditions: • Working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. • One day off per week. • Working on public holidays is compensated with extra payment. • Various bonus systems and performance-based evaluations can positively influence the salary. • This is a full-time position. Salary and tips will be discussed during the interview. How to Apply: We value action over words. We are not concerned with past experience—just show us your performance.
