LTD ត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិគផ្នែកលក់ Sale-Supervisor 2 នាក់ (ភ្នំពេញ) *ផ្នែក Sale-Supervisor ប្រាក់ខែ ចាប់ពី 650$ ទៅដល់ 1000$ តាមបទពិសោធន៍ការងារ -ត្រួវមានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងការលក់រថយន្ត យ៉ាងតិច២ឆ្នាំ -ទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើនទៀត ដូចជា -ទទួលបានប្រាក់លើកទឹកចិត្តពេលលក់បានគ្រប់គោលការណ៍ក្រុមហ៊ុន -មានធានារាប់រងពី ប.ស.ស និងផ្សេងៗ -មានថ្ងៃឈប់សំរាក តាមគោលការក្រសួង -ត្រូវមានប័ណ្ណបើកបរ -មានឆន្ទះក្នុងការងារ និង រហ័សរហួន -ប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាអង់គ្លេសបាន * Duties and Responsibilities • Manage all sales and operations of the branch which includes meeting sales target, pre-delivery inspection, test drive vehicles • Guide and ensure direct report meets their KPIs targets i.e. manage sales commitment and achieve sales targets •Maintain timely and accurate daily sales volumes reporting; new vehicle stocks and finances • Plan and implement sales initiatives and customer retention strategies e.g. manage customer feedback and comments promptly and efficiently. • Propose budget plan to execute small scale promotional and sales canvassing activities or any other events to drive sales; • Establish "best practices" within the team to improve efficiency train and motivate direct reports and the sales team according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
