Salary: Negotiated based on knowledge and experiences About the Role Bill24 is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Reconciliation Officer to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions between Bill24, banks, and billers. This role is crucial to maintaining trust, transparency, and smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities ● Perform daily reconciliations between our internal system and external bank or partner statements. ● Flag and investigate discrepancies. ● Maintain accurate records of reconciliations performed. ● Coordinate with customer support and finance teams to resolve issues. ● Assist in preparing reconciliation reports and documentation for audits. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ● 1-2 years of experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in fintech, banking, or PSP. ● High attention to detail and a responsible work attitude. ● Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data. ● Experience using reconciliation or accounting systems.
