Job Summary: We are seeking two Senior Customer Service Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent customer experiences, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complex inquiries, manage front-desk and hotline services, support doctors and clients, and coordinate smoothly with internal teams and also guide junior staff and help maintain high service standards across all customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Reception and Service Welcome clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a professional, friendly first impression. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Assist in handling the customer service hotline, including answering calls, providing information, and scheduling appointments. Provide information related to customer appointments and address any concerns raised by clients. Manage and build strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients. 2. Consultation Support Arrange the doctors and assistants for consultation sessions. Introduce clinic services to customers according to standard guidelines. Assist with client registration and organize customer documentation. Prepare documents for clients to sign on the Consent Form. 3. Product and Treatment Guidance Explain how to use prescribed medicine or products provided by the doctor. Write clear usage instructions on stickers for clients to follow at home. 4. Coordination and Communication Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Stock, Technical teams, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution. Maintain effective communication with external partners such as laboratories and insurance companies. 5. Financial Transactions Issue invoices accurately and promptly. Verify payment transactions from customers until payment is confirmed as received. Check and confirm insurance coverage when applicable. Submit closing invoices and daily sales reports to the accountant. 6. Quality Control and Team Support Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement. Prepare and submit regular service reports and performance updates. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to junior customer service staff to maintain consistent service standards. Support in onboarding and training new team members. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in customer service in the beauty field, with some experience in a senior or supervisory role preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hardworking, Friendly, Respectful and Professional. Good command of both English and Khmer (written and spoken), Chinese is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, systems).
