Modera Residence is a premier provider of boutique serviced apartments. We are looking for an organized and reliable Accountant to join our team. This role is essential in managing the financial operations of our short-stay and long-term rental properties, ensuring accuracy from guest check-in to final monthly reporting. Responsibilities: Daily audit and reconciliation of payments Ensure all guest folios and invoices match actual collections and deposits. Record and manage operational costs including utilities, housekeeping supplies, and maintenance repairs. Prepare tax documents and related accounting reports Prepare monthly financial summaries including Occupancy vs. Revenue reports and Profit & Loss statements Manage and audit the petty cash fund for on-site property expenses. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience Proficiency in Excel is required. Solid understanding of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in Khmer Ability to reconcile small discrepancies in guest billing and vendor invoices. Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Benefits: Work in a modern, growing hospitality brand.
