Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Cambodian Accounting Standards and company policies. • Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconcile all accounts. • Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and payment schedules. 2. Budgeting & Forecasting • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting. • Track financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis. • Provide financial modeling for new projects, promotions, and campaigns. 3. Revenue & Receivable Management • Monitor online sales revenue through payment gateways (ABA, Wing, credit cards, e-wallets). • Ensure accurate reconciliation between platform sales and bank settlements. • Manage receivables and coordinate with sales/operations for payment collection. 4. Payables & Vendor Management • Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments. • Negotiate payment terms and maintain positive vendor relationships. 5. Tax & Compliance • Oversee monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, WHT, salary tax, patent, etc.). • Ensure full compliance with Cambodian taxation laws and regulatory reporting. • Liaise with external auditors and government authorities when required. 6. Internal Control & Process Improvement • Develop and implement financial SOPs and approval controls. • Improve automation of accounting and reporting processes. • Ensure secure handling of company funds and assets. 7. Team Leadership • Supervise and mentor accounting staff. • Provide training on accounting software, SOPs, and financial best practices. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CAT, or MBA is a plus). • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or digital platforms preferred. • Strong knowledge of Cambodian Taxation and accounting standards. • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar). • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
