• Check daily advance, advance settlement, bank, petty cash, payment vouchers, supporting documents and GL entries in to sun system – Sokha Hotel Project • Check daily receipt vouchers and GL entries (sun system) – Sokha Hotel Project • Check daily and monthly Journal Vouchers and GL entries (sun system) – Sokha Hotel Project • Review Balance sheets reconciliation Sokha Hotel Project • In charge and monitor development cost of Bokor mountain development project • Check advance settlement, bank, petty cash, payment vouchers, supporting documents and GL entries in to SUNsystem – Bokor mountain development project • In charge and monitor related contract of Bokor mountain development project • Prepare a monthly report of development cost of Bokor mountain development project • In charge and monitor revenue of Bokor mountain development project • In charge and monitor related contract (short term sublease and long-term sublease) of Bokor mountain development project • Prepare a monthly report of revenues of Bokor mountain development project • To check and validate Bokor Land site quantity with costing/income transactions • To track and report of all projects of Sokha hotel • Assist Deputy Finance Director to check financial report from hotel properties • Check daily payment vouchers, supporting documents from hotel properties • Support related financial matters to hotel properties • Regularly site visits to check financial statement of hotel properties • Prepare the findings and recommendation report based on outcome of visit and check financial statement of hotel properties • Follow up with hotel properties to ensure taking action plan on improvement area based on recommendation report • On-going up-to-date Cambodia taxation regulation to ensure tax compliance for Sokha Hotel project and hotel properties • Assist in implementing and streamlining the internal control procedures covering all activities of the company Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance • Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or CAT or ACCA is a plus • At least 2-3 years of working experience as an accounting/finance manager or tax manager • At least 5-7 years of working experience in the field of accounting/finance/tax/audit • Having experience in real estate, hotel, and investment projects is a plus. • Knowledge in Accounting system (SUN System, Odoo, SAP, …etc) • Good knowledge of Financial reports and taxation • Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) • Good at figures and attention to detail. • Be honest, trustworthy, self-motivated, high commitment, and result-oriented. • Be able to work under pressure and reach targets • Be able to work independently
