Financial Planning & Treasury Executives ( Refer Male Only)

I. Key Responsibilities - Treasury Operations 1. Prepare daily cash flow reports and perform bank reconciliations. 2. Process payments, disbursements, and collections in line with company SOPs. 3. Monitor liquidity schedules and working capital movements. 4. Record treasury transactions in ERP and digital banking platforms. 5. Track bank charges and FX transactions; provide variance analysis support. - Financial Planning Support 6. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly forecasts and budget inputs. 7. Collect data from business units for financial modeling and analysis. 8. Support variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and highlight key drivers. 9. Prepare working papers for investment, loan servicing, and cost optimization. 10. Assist in scenario analysis reports (e.g., fuel, interest, FX impact). - Reporting & Compliance 11. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of treasury/FP&A records and reports. 12. Support external and internal audits with required documentation. 13. Maintain compliance with company financial policies and Cambodian regulations. II. Job Specifications (Requirements) • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. • Experience: 2–4 years in treasury, finance, or accounting (experience in logistics/trucking industry preferred). • Skills: ERP/finance systems, financial modeling basics, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), cash management. • Competencies: Accuracy, analytical thinking, timeliness, integrity, teamwork, problem-solving.
