Area Sales Manager

1.Distributor Management - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory compliance to Morea standard policy. - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory follow PO Cycle (3 times per month) - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory are achieved their monthly, Quarterly, yearly Primary Sales and Secondary Sales Target setting by Morea. - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory are fulfilled head counts as in Biz Agreement. - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory are well executed all POSMs to markets. - Ensure all distributors in assigned territory are compliance with monthly promotion, Selling Price, No cross Selling to other territory. 2. Sales Execution - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. - Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns effectively in the market. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in all outlets. 3. Team Management - Lead and supervise the field sales team including Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and Beauty Advisors (if applicable). - Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews. - Ensure team discipline, motivation, and productivity. 4. Outlet & Customer Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, BA/WS, pharmacies, and beauty stores. - Expand the customer base by identifying new sales opportunities in the assigned area. - Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly. 5. Market Monitoring - Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and report insights to management. - Monitor stock levels, order flow, and sell-out reports in each outlet. 6. Reporting - Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and updates. - Provide market feedback, opportunities, and area-specific challenges to management.
