Job Title: Assistant Apartment Property Manager Urgently Required Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant Apartment Property Manager to support the Directing Manager in the daily operations of our apartment complex. This role combines front-facing hospitality, team supervision, and administrative management. The ideal candidate is a multilingual communicator who is eager to learn and committed to maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Guest Relations & Sales • Reception & Tours: Greet guests warmly and provide professional property tours to prospective tenants. • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact via telephone, messaging apps, and email. • Tenant Acquisition: Liaise with real estate agents and proactively source new tenants through personal networking. • Marketing: Create and manage property advertisements on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook) to drive inquiries. 2. Operations & Staff Supervision • Quality Control: Oversee and manage onsite staff, including cleaners and security guards, to ensure the property meets cleanliness and safety standards. • Maintenance Coordination: Report and follow up on any repair or maintenance needs. 3. Administration & Finance • Documentation: Assist in finalizing lease agreements and ensuring all paperwork is accurate. • Billing: Prepare and distribute monthly invoices to tenants. • Reporting: Use Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets to maintain organized digital records (training provided). Requirements & Qualifications • 1+ year experience in customer service • Experience: Little to no experience is acceptable; we welcome fresh graduates or those looking for a career change, as full training will be provided. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Khmer and English is required. Proficiency in simple Chinese is highly desired. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a "sales-oriented" mindset. • Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the directing manager with integrity.
