■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $600 - $900 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: Flexible System ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Overview: As the Assistant to the CEO / Operation Supervisor, you will work closely with the CEO to develop, supervise, and operate this new business, transforming ideas into reality and ensuring smooth operations that reflect Japanese standards of quality, style, and hospitality. We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual who is ready to take the challenge of building this new retail brand from the ground up and grow together with our team. ◉ Responsibilities: ■ Retail Shop Development ■ Support the CEO in planning the retail concept, shop layout, and business structure. ■ Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors during shop setup and preparation. ■ Assist in selecting product categories, merchandise, and display arrangements. ■ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations. ■ Daily Shop Operation Management ■ Oversee day-to-day activities including sales performance, stock control, and customer service. ■ Ensure smooth coordination among team members for all shop functions. ■ Manage and maintain shop cleanliness, atmosphere, and visual display standards. ■ Handle issues related to customers, suppliers, or logistics efficiently and professionally. ■ Supervise and train retail staff, fostering a customer-centric environment. ■ Manage recruiting activities for shop staff to ensure adequate staffing levels. ■ Support menu merchandising and menu development activities. ■ Team Leadership & Training ■ Lead, guide, and motivate shop staff to achieve performance and service goals. ■ Conduct staff training on customer service, shop management, and product knowledge. ■ Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback to improve performance and teamwork. ■ Marketing & Customer Engagement ■ Support promotional campaigns, shop events, and seasonal marketing activities. ■ Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and satisfaction. ■ Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand visibility and shop traffic. ■ Business Reporting & Coordination ■ Prepare and submit sales reports, performance summaries, and improvement proposals to the CEO. ■ Conduct competitor and market research to support management decisions. ■ Monitor key metrics such as revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction. ■ Act as the main contact point for the CEO in coordinating between departments and shop operations. Qualifications: ■ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. ■ Minimum 2 years of experience in retail shop supervision, sales, or operations. ■ Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. ■ Good command of English and Khmer (Japanese language is a plus). ■ Passionate about customer service, design, and premium lifestyle concepts. ■ Proactive, organized, and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership. ■ Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data for decision-making. ■ Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions. ■ High level of discretion and confidentiality. ■ Have the ability to complete general paperwork. ■ Experience working with foreigners is a plus.
