Job Purpose Assist the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations, ensuring the hotel complies with Accor policies and Cambodian labor laws. Support recruitment, training, payroll, employee relations, and engagement programs to maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with the ibis Styles brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviewing, and reference checking. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new Heartists (employees). Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries. Assist in organizing staff events, recognition programs, and engagement activities. Promote the “Heartist” culture across departments. 3. Learning & Development Coordinate internal and external training programs. Support in monitoring training attendance and reporting to Accor systems. Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with Department Heads. 4. HR Administration & Compliance Prepare HR reports, staff movement updates, and payroll support documents. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and Labor Law requirements are followed. Manage employee files, NSSF registration, and leave tracking. 5. Performance & Discipline Support performance appraisal coordination and KPI tracking. Assist in handling disciplinary actions in a fair and confidential manner. Keep records of staff evaluations and promotion recommendations. 6. Communication & Culture Support in maintaining clear and open communication between HR and departments. Participate in CSR and sustainability activities led by the hotel or Accor. Contribute creative ideas to enhance staff communication and engagement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in hospitality. Good understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices. Strong communication skills in English and Khmer. Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accor systems (e.g., GAIA, ATIOM, etc.) is a plus. Personality Fit Energetic, caring, and approachable. Passionate about people and culture. Able to balance compliance with creativity.
