Key Responsibilities: A. Training Strategy & Planning: • Develop annual training plan for all business units (Real Estate, Décor Manufacturing, Construction & Hospitality). • Identify training needs through TNA, performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department heads. • Create training frameworks, competency models, and career development paths for each business sector. • Recommend training budgets and control annual training expenses. • B. Training Program Design & Implementation • Develop in-house training courses (orientation, soft skills, leadership, customer service, safety training, technical skills). • Customize training programs specific to each sector: . Real Estate: Sales techniques, negotiation, customer interaction, property laws. . Manufacturing: Production skills, CNC operations, quality control, safety. . Construction: Site safety, project management, technical skills. . Hospitality: Service standards, guest experience, SOP training. • Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and institutes when necessary. • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) or digital training platforms. C. Training Delivery: • Conduct training sessions as an internal trainer (soft skills, onboarding, leadership, customer service). • Guide internal trainers and develop a pool of instructors for technical training. • Ensure all employees complete mandatory training: safety, compliance, company policies. D. Evaluation & Improvement: • Develop training evaluation tools (pre-test, post-test, attendance tracking, feedback forms). • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as productivity improvement, quality, sales performance, retention rate. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports. • Continuously improve T&D frameworks based on performance outcomes. E. Talent Development & Succession Planning: • Create development programs for high-potential employees and future leaders. • Support succession planning with structured learning paths for key positions. • Work with HR and managers on career growth planning for employees. F. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure training programs meet legal and industry requirements (labor law, safety standards, fire safety, food safety for hospitality, etc.). • Maintain all training records and documentation for audits. G. Cross-Department & Group Coordination: • Work closely with HR Managers, Factory Managers, Hotel Managers, Project Managers, and Sales Leaders to align training needs. • Develop group-wide SOPs and training manuals for consistent standards. • Lead group-level learning initiatives, culture-building activities, and employee development programs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in multi-industry groups or large organizations. • Strong understanding of Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, and Hospitality operations is an advantage. • Experience with LMS, digital learning tools, and training systems. • Strong skills in presentation, communication, facilitation, and leadership. • Ability to design structured training programs and competency frameworks. • Good command of English (and/or Khmer depending on company needs).
