Job Responsibilities: 1.Prepare meeting minutes and assist in following up on the implementation of meeting resolutions; 2.Track and coordinate key company matters, work plans, and project progress, ensuring timely execution and feedback; 3.Organize and manage the General Manager’s daily schedule, meetings, business trips, and guest receptions; 4.Draft, proofread, and organize various documents, including official letters, reports, speeches, and correspondence; 5.Participate in business meetings, assist with document preparation, and provide translation support (Chinese–English–Khmer); 6.Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager to ensure effective and efficient operations. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Media, or related fields; 2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar supporting role; 3.Experience in multinational companies, media organizations, or large enterprises is an advantage; 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Khmer; 5.Strong interpersonal, coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills, with high execution capability; 6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in meeting documentation and report writing.
