Synergy Lifestyle Venture is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our business objectives and customer needs are met. The Business Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between various departments and clients, working to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth within the petroleum company. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the petroleum sector to promote business growth and customer loyalty. - Understand client needs and assess their requirements to develop tailored solutions that align with company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contracts, and partnerships within the petroleum industry. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure alignment and execution of client projects and initiatives. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities. - Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders to communicate the value of company offerings. - Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements with clients. - Gather feedback from clients and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives to enhance company offerings and market positioning. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a masterโs degree is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, sales, or account management within the petroleum or energy sector. - Strong understanding of the petroleum industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results in a competitive business environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. * open for discussion if the candidate is qualified ๐ How to Apply: Ready to join us?
