Pass the problem to Team leader for check and check spare part price with supplier 4. Explain customer for car problem and service fee maintenance with the quotation from Team leader, get customer sign on quotation if customer agree to repair 5. Create RO in systems, fulfil job and closed RO 6. Call follow up with customer after service check up or repair after 3days or a week 7. Completed daily task that set by management 8. Issue quotation for fleet and insurance customer 9. Fast respond with customer Requirement 1. Bachelor Degree. From automotive 2. Basic Computer Microsoft and work excel. 3. Experience working 1-2 year. 4. Can speak English. 5.
