JOB DESCRIPTION: The Channel Sales Executive (Project Sales) drives revenue growth by developing project-based opportunities through channel partners, system integrators, and contractors. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, supporting project bids, and achieving sales targets to expand the company’s market presence. • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to increase loyalty and share of wallet. • Recruit new channel partners, and well understand partner eco-system. • Conduct regularly partner business reviews, to generate more pipeline. • Provide partners with product orientation training and promotional materials. • Collaborate with vendor and internal technical teams to ensure project specifications are met for tender/bidding. • Drive cross-selling and upselling across the company’s product portfolio. • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (revenue, margin). • Forecast and report on sales opportunities and project pipelines. • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor and potential business strategies. • Work closely with the marketing team to execute channel campaigns and events. • Coordinate with Operations, Technical Support to ensure smooth project delivery. • Align with vendor on project registration, pricing, and support. • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts. JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, project sales, or distribution (preferably in IT, hardware, electrical, or related industries). • Strong professional network with contractors, consultants, and system integrators in Cambodia. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with business applications such as CRM, Salesforce, or SAP (an advantage).
