Summary The Chinese Translator will facilitate communication between Khmer and Chinese-speaking parties by providing accurate and culturally-sensitive translation and interpretation services. This role requires fluency in both written and spoken Khmer and Chinese to support both daily operational needs and official correspondence. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and adaptable professional capable of handling a wide range of content, from technical term to casual conversation. ** What you will do: • Linguistic fluency: Exceptional command of both spoken and written Khmer and Chinese (often Mandarin). Knowledge of different Chinese dialects may be a plus. • Interpretation skills: Ability to provide accurate and clear simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. • Cultural competence: Deep understanding of both Cambodian and Chinese cultures, including social norms and business etiquette. • Term management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple terms and meet accurate effectively. • Professionalism: High level of responsibility, ** What you are required: • Diploma or associated degree of Chinese Language proficiency. • Fresh graduated is encourage to apply • Able to visit on site (Site can be either at Phnom Penh or Province) • Proficiency with term of general business communication, Building/construction industry would be more advantage • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, flexible and communication skills • Good command of English is a plus
