Our consultancy company is partnered with local owners or conglomerates, all leaders in their sector: hotels, restaurants, food shops, retails, FMCG, real estate, tourism development. Today, we are recruiting a Communication & Marketing Assistant to support the company's new projects. We are recruiting an intern who already has an internship or professional experience. You will work in English with a team of foreign consultants (most of them are French). You will prepare content in both Khmer and English. This internship will enable you to discover a professional environment in a fast-growing industry. We seek an intern who intends to build a career in communication, customer service, and project management. During your internship, you will assist the team of Senior Consultants in the company's corporate communication and will launch new marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities: Corporate Communication - Support corporate communication initiatives across digital platforms - Prepare and update the editorial calendar - Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company’s visibility - Create and schedule engaging content for social media and email newsletters - Translate documents from Khmer to English when needed Marketing & Campaigns - Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials - Conceptualize and present ideas for digital campaigns - Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing efforts Client Engagement - Assist in crafting personalized messages for clients and partners - Help maintain a database of clients and partners (CRM tools or spreadsheets) - Support preparation of tailored presentations and proposal decks for client meetings Collect and organize client feedback, testimonials, and engagement insights - Participate in client meetings or calls when relevant - Administrative Support - Prepare weekly reports and presentations - Provide support to internal departments with communication or presentation materials Job Requirements: - Current enrollment in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations undergraduate course. - Motivated and passionate about communication and marketing. - Excellent English and Khmer verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity using social media platforms and design software. - Knowledge of current marketing trends and methodologies. - Good content creation and copywriting skills. - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) + online apps (Canva) - Self-directed and able to work without supervision - Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas - Interest in A.I and new communication technologies and channels - At least two years of college or equivalent Your direct benefits: - Skills development opportunities (Confidence and self-belief, Communication skills, Working within teams and team building, Time management and multitasking, Industry awareness, Operational knowledge, etc.) - On-field experience - A dive into your future career via networking - Boost Up Your CV Salary & Compensation package: Salary : from $190 to be negotiated Annual Public Holidays Nationality: Cambodian Location: Phnom Penh Language : English and Khmer Internship duration : 6 months Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 40 hours a week Reference of this Job announcement : Communication2025 Interested candidates are invited to send CV and cover letter to: con****@bconsultingcambodia.comClick To Sent Email
