Social Media / Content Creator - Internship

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and highly motivated Social Media Intern to join Anti Social Hours, the team behind Garage Sale, TicTic, and our delivery kitchen brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making content and wants to build real experience in the hospitality and F&B world. You’ll learn how social media works behind the scenes for busy restaurants, bars, delivery brands, and events — from planning content to shooting, editing, and publishing on multiple platforms. For the right person, this is a strong entry point into a long-term career in marketing, creative production, or hospitality communications. The role is based across our Tonle Bassac office and our venues on Langka Lane (BKK1). Key Responsibilities: • Shoot, edit, and publish daily content for Garage Sale, TicTic, and our delivery brands • Create high-quality visuals in Canva and CapCut for posts, stories, menus, on-screen content, and promotions • Support social media scheduling, caption writing, and asset organisation • Assist with brainstorming ideas and contributing to creative concepts • Gather behind-the-scenes footage of kitchen operations, events, and venue activity • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms • Support the team during events, promotions, and busy periods (including some weekends) Requirements: • Confident, creative, and comfortable being hands-on with a camera/phone • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current content trends • Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or willing to learn quickly) • Fluent in Khmer and strong English skills (written and spoken) • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working some weekends • Interest in food, beverages, and hospitality culture • Able to travel between Tonle Bassac and BKK1 as required Work schedule and details: • Full-time role, 5.5 x 8-hour shifts per week • Weekend work may be required depending on events and content needs • 18 paid days holiday per year • Pchum Ben and Khmer New Year public holidays off
