Compliance officer (F)

- Regulatory oversight monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to forex trading. - Risk Assessment to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with trading activities and client interactions. - Policy development, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes and best practices. - Training and education conduct training sessions for staff on compliance matters, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices. - Monitoring and reporting to perform regular compliance audits and reviews, preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities as needed. - Client due diligence oversee the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and ensure proper client due diligence measures are in place. - Investigation and resolution: Investigate compliance breaches or irregularities and recommend corrective actions. - To report on a daily basis to the CEO, and from time to time to the Director and/or Management of the Company when requested or directed. - To discuss legal, regulatory and compliance matters with lawyers or counsels directed by the Director or Management of the Company. - draft any policy regarding with with SERC and PPDE - report semester and annual and support account regarding with with report. - AML/ CAFIU compliance Qualification: - BBA in law or relevant advance degree is preferred. - Experience minimum of 2-3 years in the same industry - Regulatory knowledge strong understanding of local and international regulations governing forex trading - Good at problem solving skills, with the ability to assess complex regulatory requirements. - Good at communication skills, especially the ability to convey compliance information clearly. 👉note: We need someone have experience industry forex trading.
