Developing and Maintaining Active Social Media Presence • Generating content ideas that are consistent with the company’s brand identity • Producing and posting short-form video content and image for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Writing clear captions, CTAs, and stories • Executing the basic paid social media ads • Collaborating with micro-influencers Analysing and Monitoring the Social Media Performance • Evaluating the performance and generating reports on the findings • Communicating and responding to social media followers in a timely manner Attending in the Events • Participating in marketing events and activities to promote the company’s products Administration • Other assignment from manager may be performed III. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED (QUALIFICATION): Knowledge • Proven experience in content creator or social media marketing • Good understanding on social media platforms Skills • Capable of shooting and editing short-form video content • Proficiently written captions in Khmer and English that reflect the community tone • Good communication and time management skills Abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent, and collaboration
