• Monitor entry and exit of vehicles to ensure proper parking procedures are followed. • Direct drivers to appropriate parking areas and manage vehicle flow during peak hours. • Enforce parking rules and report violations, unauthorized parking, or suspicious activities. • Issue parking tickets or record vehicle information as needed. • Assist customers by providing parking information, answering inquiries, and giving directions. • Inspect parking spaces, equipment, barriers, and signage to ensure proper operation. • Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other departments for any issues in the parking area. • Prepare daily parking activity reports and incident logs. • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the parking premises. • Respond to emergencies, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns in the parking area.
