Credit Control Duties • Contact customers via phone, email, or letter regarding overdue payment • Allocate and reconcile incoming payments accurately • Maintain up-to-date and accurate debtor records • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes • Place accounts on hold or escalate according to company policy Collection & Recovery Responsibilities • Follow up on outstanding invoices in line with credit terms • Negotiate payment plans with customers when required • Assess customer payment behavior and credit risk • Prepare accounts for escalation to legal action or external collection agencies • Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow Administrative & Reporting Duties • Produce regular aged debtor reports • Maintain documentation of all customer communications • Support month-end and year-end finance processes • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies *Able to use: - word, Excel, power point - English (understand, read, write & speak) - flexible to problematic solutions. 2. Billing & collection Billing Duties • Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices accurately and on time • Ensure billing aligns with contracts, price lists, and service agreements • Review billing data to identify errors or discrepancies • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation • Support month-end billing and closing processes Collection Duties • Negotiate payment terms and collection arrangements with customers • Track payment promises and ensure follow-through • Escalate unpaid accounts according to company procedures Reporting & Administration • Prepare aging reports and collection status reports • Update customer payment records • Reconcile customer payments against invoices • Maintain organized records of billing and collection activities *Able to use: - word, Excel, power point - English (understand, read, write & speak) - flexible Workplace: JS LAND PLC Address: B2-107, The Elysee Diamond Island, Koh Pich Street, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon Working hours: Mon-Fri 8: 00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM -1:00 PM Holidays: Following Cambodian calendar
