Key Responsibilities: Delivery Operations: • Deliver raw materials (wood panels, hardware, metal parts, decor accessories, etc.) to customers on time and in good condition. • Follow assigned daily delivery routes and schedules. • Ensure all delivery notes, invoices, and customer signatures are properly completed. • Assist warehouse team to load materials into the delivery vehicle. • Carefully unload materials at customer locations to avoid damage. • Check quantities and conditions of goods before leaving the warehouse and at delivery point. Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: • Drive company vehicles safely following traffic laws. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, brakes, tires, lights). • Report any vehicle issues or required maintenance immediately. Customer Service: • Communicate politely and professionally with customers. • Handle customer requests or feedback and report to supervisor. • Provide support for small onsite tasks such as placing materials in designated areas (if required). Warehouse Support (when needed): • Assist in organizing stock, arranging materials, and general warehouse operations. • Help with loading incoming materials from suppliers. ________________________________________ Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). • Valid driving license (car or truck depending on company requirement). • Minimum 1 year experience as delivery driver in logistics, construction, or material supply (preferred). • Experience handling decor or construction materials is a plus. • Good driving skills and knowledge of city roads. • Ability to lift heavy materials safely (wood sheets, metal parts, etc.). • Basic understanding of delivery documents.
