ការងារដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវ Job Responsibilities: • Support all factory (Production & Warehouse) in areas of machinery maintenance/equipment/installations • Managing spare-parts for all machinery and restocking Kanban materials • Rotate between Shopfloor and maintenance depending on demand • Practice continuous improvement and report activities in the work area • Quality control of own work • Meeting daily output/target • Apply work-safety on self and others • Maintain a tidy work area • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor តម្រូវការកាងារ Job Requirements: • Troubleshoot knowledge on all factory machines • Immediate support/take quick action when machine is down • Experience in machine operation, and using hand-power tools • Understand about quality work and not compromise safety • Willing to learn and practice continuous improvement • Good energy levels throughout the day, and enjoy working at a fast pace • Good communication and working well in a team • Planning and priorities daily objectives
