Company: Dumech Dental Clinic – Phnom Penh We are looking for a friendly Receptionist / Customer Service to welcome patients and support the daily work in our dental clinic. Main Responsibilities: • Welcome patients with a smile and good attitude • Answer phone calls, Facebook/Telegram messages and give basic information • Book, change and confirm appointments in the schedule • Register new patients and update their information • Explain clinic services, promotions and installment options to patients • Collect payments and issue receipts (cash / transfer) • Coordinate with dentists and assistants about daily schedule • Keep waiting area clean and organized Requirements: • Female good personality and polite • Finished high school or higher • Good communication in Khmer, basic English is a plus • Basic computer skill (phone, Excel/Google Sheet, Facebook, Telegram) • Honest, responsible, careful with money and patient data • Can work 6 days/week and follow clinic schedule • Experience in clinic/hospital/hotel reception is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome Working Time: • [Example: 7:30AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week – off 1 day on weekend] Salary & Benefits: • Salary: $___ – $___ (depending on experience) • Attendance bonus and performance bonus • Training about dental services and customer service • Friendly working environment and chance to grow with the clinic • Special discount on dental treatment for staff How to Apply: Please send your CV and recent photo to: • Phone / Telegram: 010768xxxClick To Call https://t.me/Dumech_dental
