Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Digital Campaign Execution • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives • Coordinate with sales team to align online campaigns with business objectives 2. Social Media Management • Manage and grow company social media pages • Create monthly content plans and posting schedules • Write engaging captions and coordinate visuals (photos/videos/designs) • Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement 3. Paid Advertising • Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads • Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI • Conduct basic A/B testing on creatives and audiences 4. Content & Creative Support • Work with designers, photographers, or videographers to produce digital content • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging • Support basic video or short-form content ideas (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) • Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports • Analyze insights and suggest improvements 6. Market & Trend Monitoring • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities • Suggest new ideas to improve digital presence and performance
